preparing for 2026.

​​This will be a part-time journey so that you

may continue to 'do life'.

​If you wish to receive YTT Certification at the end, you must have at least 5 years experience in a structured class under a

Registered Yoga Instructor to apply.

If you register solely for the purpose of self-study,

this criteria is not required. 

Whether you wish to teach or not,

the 200 hours will be life-changing.
